Practical information

Once you are comfortable with what the package includes and what sits outside it, the next step is to check availability for your preferred dates. When you book through Chan Brothers Express, a consultant will guide you through the process from first enquiry to confirmed travel documents.

1. Enquire With CBE: Contact us via the enquiry form, WhatsApp at +65 6389 9828, or call +65 6389 9836 with your preferred travel dates, number of travellers, and any specific requirements. There is no commitment at this stage.

2. Check Availability: Your consultant will check availability with Club Med Tomamu and recommend room options that suit your group. Peak winter dates fill quickly, so earlier enquiry gives you more options.

3. Confirm the Package: Once availability is confirmed, your consultant will send you the full package breakdown, including inclusions, optional add-ons, and payment terms. You are welcome to review everything and ask questions before making any decision.

4. Secure With a Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your consultant will walk you through all payment terms before you proceed. The remaining balance is due 3 months before departure.

5. Receive Your Travel Documents: Once payment is complete, your travel documents are issued ahead of departure. These include your flight itinerary, resort confirmation, and any pre-departure information you need.

Resort Information

Before you travel, here are the key details for your stay at Club Med Tomamu.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. If you arrive before check-in opens, the resort can store your luggage while you head to the slopes or explore the resort. If your departure flight is late in the day, speak with the front desk about luggage storage after check-out so your last morning is not spent managing bags.

Changes and Cancellation Policy

Changes made more than 60 days before your scheduled departure, including name or guest changes, change of destination, and change of dates, will incur an administration charge of S$60 per guest. Cancellation within the same window will incur a fee equivalent to the deposit amount.

Requests to amend or cancel within 60 days of scheduled departure are subject to the resort's cancellation policy.

Most ski resorts put you in the middle of a mountain and leave the rest to you. Club Med Tomamu works differently. The resort sits across more than 145 hectares of Tomamu Mountain in Hokkaido, with ski runs suited to every ability level and the slopes connected directly to where you are staying. HOW TO GET TO CLUB MED TOMAMU?

The nearest airport to Club Med Tomamu is New Chitose International Airport and Tokachi-Obihiro Airport. This a collective transfer and will follow Club Med's shuttle bus timing(fixed).

Transfer to the resort takes approximately 1 hour 40 minutes from New Chitose Airport and 1 hour 15 minutes from Obihiro Airport.
